You must be a minimum of 18 years old to register online.

New Online Registrants: Adults, parents or guardians submitting registration forms need to enter their name and address to be assigned a login. The login provides access to a resource area from which entry forms can be submitted. Rider and horse information may be entered and edited in the resource area. Families with more than one child and/or horse, or a stable facility that normally registers their riders only need one login to handle all horses, riders, and horse/rider combinations.
