| Important Meeting: |
|
A Southwest Trillium meeting will be held at Highland Green on the 29th of November at 4:00 p.m. The THJA and all the
individual zones have been incorporated and will have their own By-Laws It is necessary to hold this meeting to ratify the new
Constitution and By-Laws for the SouthWest Zone. Once the By-Laws have been accepted, a Board of Directors will be elected to
replace the current set up of senior and junior zone representatives. The composition of the board will be – President,
Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer. This is an important meeting and all members are encouraged to attend. A copy of the Constitution and By-Laws will be forwarded to each member either by e-mail or mail and details of the voting procedure will be included at that time. A 2008 senior membership is required to be eligible to vote. (Junior members are not eligible to vote). Please bring a lawn chair and dress accordingly. Susan Evans Alison Warwick |
